 How to transfer SRECs using the PJM-EIS website:
Log into your PJM-EIS GATs New Jersey SREC account, https://gats.pjm-eis.com
In the Account Status module, (right hand side middle of page) you will see Account Summary and Account Activity below.
Under Account Activity click on the link for the number of certificates you have (the small blue underlined number) next to (CEPS) or (on Bulletin Board)
The next screen will open.
Continue here, to transfer of 1 SREC:
Click on “TRANSFER” next to your facility name.
Next screen, click in the radio button next to “another account holder”.
Click the down arrow in the “Select an Account Holder” box and scroll down and select “NJSREC.com, a 21st Century Sales Company” from the dropdown menu. Click in an open area away from our name and make sure it does not scroll.
Fill in the price per certificate to the right of our inputted name. No $ sign should be entered. (example: 650)
Go to the very bottom of the page. Press the “Submit” button. (You will get a receipt email from GATs at this point)
Continue here, to transfer of 2 or more SRECs:
Press the “batch transfer bar”, at the top left of the page. (Underneath where the words “My Account” are.
In the second column labeled “AddBatch”, check the boxes for all SRECS (certificates) you wish to transfer. The amount of SRECs you are transferring will fill in close to the top of the screen to the right of where “Total Quantity” appears and under the “batch transfer bar”. Press the rectangular “Batch Transfer” button to the right of the total quantity of SRECs you are transferring.
In the next Screen, the 4th column is “Price per certificate”. Enter the price per SREC (certificate) we quoted in each box. (example: 650) (Note: If the transfer quantity is greater than “1”, the system will account for each SREC at the price entered)

Go to the very bottom of the page. Press the “Submit” button. (You will get a receipt email from GATs at this point)
